A well-maintained extrusion die head can live up to 35 years and is always a reliable and future-oriented asset of high value.

In this course, we will prepare you optimally for the maintenance of your hose heads so that you get the best out of your hose head and make the most of its longevity!

  • What does maintenance and care mean using examples
  • Loss of quality or performance due to lack of maintenance / care using examples
  • Detailed maintenance work based on several examples (customer heads will be discussed, if possible)
  • Create maintenance plan
  • Costs / benefits of maintenance
  • Which spare parts package makes sense for your plant?
  • Dealing with the documentation for spare parts search and for maintenance instructions
  • When does a cleaning or even an overhaul make sense?
  • Logging and interpretation of process data
  • Evaluation of hose and mass temperatures

For courses at the W. MÜLLER Academy:
The seminar days start at 09:00 and end at around 16:30. We include sufficient breaks and allow times on both days for you to ask all your questions.
During the course you will be provided with all the materials you needed to carry out the practical parts. Hot and cold anti-alcoholic drinks, as well as food during the lunch break are also included in the price. (These circumstances differ in case of seminars in your localities.)
